Your satisfaction is our priority. Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To ensure a smooth process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Include all accessories in the return.
- Ensure items are in their original packaging.
- For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for covering shipping costs.
- A restocking fee, determined by return conditions, may apply.
- YAUHODY will refund the product cost for non-quality related warranty claims.
Please note that returns failing to meet the outlined requirements may be rejected.

Quality-Related Warranty Claims
Quality is paramount at YAUHODY, and we offer an extensive warranty for quality-related defects on items sold directly by us. Here's what you need to know:
- Items will be replaced with a factory-refurbished model or a new item for quality-related warranty claims.
- Replacement warranties align with the original item's warranty timeframe or 3 months after replacement, whichever is longer.
- Warranties on products are void after a full refund.

Claim Process:

- Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
- YAUHODY must document troubleshooting efforts.
- The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof of the defect are essential.
- For quality-related claims, returning the item may be necessary for a thorough inspection.
- Warranties on replacements are void if the wrong item is returned.

Valid proof of purchase:
- Order number from online YAUHODY purchases or authorized resellers.
- Sales invoice.

Warranty claims for product defects expire 30 days after initiating a warranty claim. Claims beyond the original warranty or 30-day period, whichever is longer, are not processed. Buyers cover shipping in situations like returning products for reasons other than a proven defect, warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase, accidental returns, returning personal items, items claimed defective but found by YAUHODY quality control to be in working condition, returning defective items in international shipping, and costs associated with unauthorized returns.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
Not all circumstances are covered under warranty. Please note that the following situations are not eligible for warranty claims:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
- Lost or stolen products.
- Items that have surpassed their warranty period.
- Non-quality-related issues reported after 30 days of purchase.
- Free products.
- Repairs conducted by third parties.
- Damage from external sources.
- Damage resulting from misuse of products (e.g., falls, extreme temperatures, water, improper operation).
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
